This is a luxurious red and black table runner created from a fukuro obi for formal kimono. It's a bit hard to see, but there is a lot of golden thread used in the middle of the flowers. Use this to brighten up your table! It would probably be better for a white table. This obi has a lot of gold thread used, making it a high-class obi.
 
BLEMISHES:
Please note that we are recycling traditional pieces and therefore, there will be some imperfections. There is a bit of a traditional smell of an obi left. The smell is from traditional bug repellent that was used to keep away bugs from getting into the silk. We believe this obi  was in good condition.
